Goharian Institute for World Trade Studies & Research was founded in 1981 by Mr. Mohammad Ebrahim Goharian with the aim of conducting studies and research through compiling and translating the relevant books and was registered in line with law of the country in 2006.

This Institute, in line with legal requirements has a managing director and three members of the board of directors; Mr. Mohammad Ebrahim Goharian is the managing director, and the head of institute.

The scientific structure of the Institute consists of a Scientific Supervisor, the position is held by Mr. Mohammad Ebrahim Goharian and twelve members of the high council, and honorary members.

The highest decision making authority with regard to scientific issues is the high council which is managed by the Institute's scientific supervisor.

The scientific work flow is thus the book titles chosen by the institute's scientific supervisor, then translated into Persian (Farsi), and afterwards edited by literary editors and once they obtain the approval of the institute scientific supervisor and high council, they will be prepared for typesetting and printing.

As the first step, the institute decided to collect the sources related to its activities and since the existing Persian and Latin sources did not answer its needs, the institute decided to meet the demands by importing them from abroad.

In the next stage, the institute invited 60 translators, 23 literary editors, 20 typists and 6 computer operators to cooperate with the institute on the free lance board.

The institute has so far compiled and translated various books in the following fields; world trade, i.e., export and import, tourism, and many more, some of which have already been published and others will be published in due course.

With the grace of God, we hope that this rich 150 volumes collection shall be completed and published by the year 2022.

It should be mentioned that all revenues generated from activities of this charitable institute will be spent on charity affairs and accrues to the account of Razi Psychiatry Center.
